By accessing or using CopyThief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.

You may use CopyThief only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to collect, scrape, or harvest data in ways that violate any platform's terms of service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service beyond intended API usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except as required by law.

CopyThief and its underlying software, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or create within the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

CopyThief may surface publicly available ads and creative content from third-party sources for analysis and inspiration purposes. We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content. Users are responsible for ensuring their own use of any referenced content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

CopyThief is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the platform will be free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use CopyThief ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
